Add cash with ease

You can add as much as $500 or as little as $20. Give the amount of cash you wish to add to the cashier (as well as any necessary fees), swipe your card or scan your barcode, and your money is quickly added to your account.

Here's how to add cash with barcode reload:

Mobile App

Open & log in to the spendwell Mobile App.2 Go to Money In and click/tap “Add with Barcode.”

Select retailer

Choose the retailer where you would like to load cash. Participating retailers and any applicable fees are listed on the “Add with Barcode” screen.

Add cash

Show the cashier the unique barcode and give them the cash for the reload & reload fee (if applicable). Your money will be automatically added to your spendwell account.

How do I add funds to my spendwell account at Dollar General?

You can add funds at a Dollar General register. Tell the cashier that you want to add money to your spendwell account. Once you have received your personalized card you can add $20 or more to your account.
